We appreciate the trust you place in East Lake Chiropractic and Medical Center and want to inform you on how we are addressing the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
The team is closely monitoring current events within our local community, the nation, and worldwide while continuously updating our protocols and policies according to new released information. Please take into consideration that our office is following ALL recommended guidance from public health officials including best practices for infection control, hygiene, and team member health. Our team is confident in our ability to continue to treat patients and provide safe chiropractic care with our high quality service.
Our highest priority is to keep everyone as safe as possible, including both patients and staff. Therefore, at the recommendation of the CDC, staff members will be screening patients before entering by asking:
Do you have a fever OR respiratory symptoms such as cough or shortness of breath?
Have you traveled to an impacted geographical area (China, Europe, high risk sites in the US etc.) within the 14 days of symptoms?
Have you had close contact with a person who traveled to an impacted area or has COVID-19?
With your support and efforts it will help determine whether you should be seen in a setting that is better equipped for your particular situation (primary care office, urgent care, emergency room, etc.).
If you answered YES to any of the questions above, please call East Lake Chiropractic and Medical Center at (407) 957-9995 PRIOR to your appointment, so we can discuss with a provider on how to best assist you. In addition, if you arrive at the office and meet any of these criteria you may be isolated and asked to return to your vehicle for you to call our office for a telephone assessment. Our goal is to minimize any possible risk for everyone while we continue to offer care at our facility.
East Lake Chiropractic and Medical Center is open our normal office hours. We will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m and 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Thank you for your continued support and trust as we navigate the situation together as a community. Stay safe and healthy!
